In October 2026, our founder traveled to El Paso expecting to find a staffing industry doing its job. What that visit revealed was an industry that had stopped trying.
Established firms had grown comfortable. Calls went unanswered and commitments went unkept. Skilled people were handled like inventory, and the manufacturers who depended on them were treated as captive accounts, expected to accept whatever showed up and be grateful for it. Agencies had mistaken control of a market for service to it.
That was the moment the decision was made: not to compete with those firms on their terms, but to end the way they do business.
Complacency is not a business model. We were built to crush it.
